Oil filter adaptor for 803 & 948cc Standard Triumph engines

Our oil filter conversion kit for the 803 & 948cc engines is available in limited quantities.

As a niche product, this part is made periodically in small batches, usually as a pre-ordered item.

Spitfire MkI-III Hardtop Windscreen seal 22/12/2009

We have now tested and fully approved the re-tooled rear screen sel for the early Spitfire hardtop.

These are in stock and ready to ship.

The seal is available for £25.00, with the chrome finisher kit at £6.50.

New Rotor Arms!

Reliability has been a problem with recently available rotor arms intended for Lucas 4 & 6 cylinder distributors, particularly when used with electronic ignition or other uprated ignition components.
We now stock a high quality replacement rotor arm for the popular Lucas distributors used form the 1950s to 1974.

New Service - Horn Rebuilding

Original old-stock Lucas and Clear Hooters horns are no longer readily available.
We have been approached by a customer to rebuild and tune the horns for the ground up rebuild of his Triumph Vitesse 6.

At the moment we are able to rebuild customers' horns to order, typical cost is £85.00 per pair.
We may in future be able to offer horns on an exchange basis, subject to demand.
Finished horns are supplied in satin black as original, or as requested by the customer.

Boot front-edge repair panels LFA1

These have been unavailable since last year, we now have a small quantity of these available for immediate despatch.

A single panel is approximately 11" wide and repairs three ribs, four panels are required to repair the entire front edge.
The current batch is supplied in bare metal with a light oil coating.

A single panel is priced at £12.00 plus £2.00 carriage in the UK.
A set of four panels can be purchased for £45.00 plus £6.00 carriage.

Fabric Door Seal Finisher

We have been supplying the best available replacement door seals for Heralds, Vitesses and early Spitfires for some time.
We are now able to offer the woven finisher as used on the original seals.

The fabric is 32mm wide and is priced at £1.50 per metre.

The door seal DSL1 is priced at £4.00 per metre.
Carefuly stitched and glued together, you can achieve a very correct looking door seal.

This fabric is available from stock in black, with charcoal grey fabric due shortly.
Other colours will be introduced if there is sufficient demand

Solid Inner Wishbone Bushes

A completely unobtainable part for many years, we are now able to offer the solid nylon & steel lower wishbone bushes which are correct for the earliest Heralds.

These are manufactured specifically for Herald 948 models of 1959, where the unbraced lower wishbone was fitted, making rigid bushes essential.

Sets of four bushes are available from stock at £22.00 plus £1.50 carriage in the UK.

Overdrive Switch Wiring Harness - 153726

By no means a new product, we are now able to substantially reduce the price by manufacturing these 18" gearshift looms in house.

They are suitable for the Triumph Spitfire MkIV & 1500, GT6 Mk3, 2000 & 2.5 Mk2, Stag, Dolomite and late model MGB.

These are available from stock at £4.50 each.

Hood poppers and assembly tool

We've been selling hood poppers for some time, but finding a source for assembly tools has been more difficult.
We are now able to offer a reasonably priced punch and anvil set.

Assembly is straightforward, the button is place face down on the anvil.
The popper's locating hole in the fabric is placed over the button's spigot, followed by the socket.
Place the punch in the spigot, a sharp clout with the hammer and you're done.

Instrument bezel gasket

This will please anyone whose instruments are oozeing black goo from beneath their chrome bezels.
This round section sponge extrusion is an excellent replacement for the original gaskets.

We recommend using our gasket to replace both the outer bezel to glass AND glass to instrument body gaskets.

Our replacement instrument gasket is priced at £1.00 per metre.

Brake Light Switches for Triumphs

For some time now we have been trying to source an alternative for the unreliable pedal operated brake light switch fitted to so many Triumphs.

Herald & Vitesse Hardtop Windscreen Seals

Some time ago we were asked by a customer to find a replacement windscreen seal for his aftermarket hardtop. We were able to supply an exact match for the sample he supplied and we can now offer this seal to all our customers.
